centos中遇到中文url乱码not found问题

Not Found
The requested URL /category/产品与应用/ was not found on this server.
那一串乱码原本是中文
原本在mac本地上部署也遇到这个问题，但不知道点了哪里就解决了。现在在Centos上始终搞不定。求大神告知方法。
